LOCATION AND SPECIAL FEATUREs
We present you a project of luxury apartments in the residential part of Novigrad, right next to the sea and other facilities. Novigrad is well connected by traffic to all parts of Istria, as well as to neighboring countries, and the highway is only a 5-minute drive away. The building is located at the highest point of Vidal, surrounded by new buildings and overlooking the sea.
The buildings are designed to provide high quality, with special attention to aesthetics and details. The buildings are on 3 to 4 floors and the living space is on the higher floors. The area of residential premises is 40-160m2. All apartments have a spacious storage room on the ground floor and a spacious terrace from 20 to 60 m2 with a view of the sea.
The buildings are designed as passive with as little energy consumption as possible and have an A/A+ energy certificate. An elevator is installed in the building. At the back of the building or in the basement there is a private parking lot or a garage with a remote control ramp or garage spaces.

The combination of aesthetics, functionality, and comfort – that was the goal with which we designed and engineered all the apartments. Contemporary style is in line with the latest trends in interior design, with an emphasis on decent and unobtrusive details enriched with warm shades of natural colors. Smaller apartments have two bedrooms and one bathroom, while larger apartments have two bedrooms with bathrooms and a separate toilet.
In all apartments, regardless of the area, the living space is an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining room and living room with a single unit with access to a spacious terrace.
In addition to comfort, great attention is paid to the safety of the facility too. All apartments have built-in security and fire doors, while three-layer aluminum windows have automatic roller shutters and blinds on the loggias. The combination of traditional materials and modern design leaves an impression of luxury accentuated by details such as high ceilings, quality bathroom ceramics, elegant “filomuro” interior doors and large-format wooden parquet floors. Such an interior, in natural texture and warm shades, unobtrusively radiates a warm welcome, while clean and straight lines with large, glazed rocks additionally emphasize spaciousness.
